How long does shipping take?
I ship orders around 2(ish) weeks from date of purchase. I am a notoriously slow shipper, please bare with me. If you would like to request a quicker shipping time reach out to howdy@katiediamondwolff.com and I will do my best to accommodate!
How do I stay up to date with what you're working on?

Do you accept returns?
I accept returns for exchanges or store credit. Items must be in original condition and sent back to me within 30 days. Please email me before mailing. Custom orders are non-returnable.
Why does your website sometimes require a password? Will I miss out on a release without it?
That just means I'm currently updating the website with new content. My site will always require a password right before a release. The password will be disabled at the announced time.
I want something that says it's sold out, will you make more of that item?
With clothing I might make something similar but not the same. I can generally replicate a hat.
Do you take custom orders?
For hats yes! Clothing usually no.
So you screen print everything?
Nope, they are block prints! I carve stamps out of rubber blocks. Because everything is hand printed you can expect to find beautiful imperfections. It's these imperfections that make me fall in love with block printing multi-stamp designs time and time again.
What kind of dye do you use?
Procion MX Cold Water Fiber Reactive Dye. This dye is considered non toxic and is very commonly used to color natural fibers. It is vibrant, colorfast and will hold up for many years to come (especially if you hand wash in cold water and dry on low or hang!) If an item is botanically dyed it will be listed very clearly.
Are your clothes organic?
Usually! I do my best to source organic/OEKO TEX/ethically manufactured material.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
I fully insure all of my orders. Please contact me immediately if an order is lost or damaged in transit. I will do my best to file a claim promptly and may need supporting evidence and participation from you. Usually claims are paid in full but can sometimes be partially or completely denied. I ultimately am not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will assist in filing a claim at my own discretion.
