How long does shipping take?
I ship orders around 3(ish) weeks or less from date of purchase. If you would like to request quicker shipping time please reach out to howdy@katiediamondwolff.com . I will do my best to accommodate!

Do you accept returns?
Only specific conditions qualify for returns. As a single person run business offering mostly OOAK specialty items open returns are not possible at this time. Please take a look at my Refund Policy page for further info and email me with any questions.
Why does your website sometimes require a password? Will I miss out on a release without it?
That just means I'm currently updating the website with new content. My site will always require a password right before a release. The password will be disabled at the announced time.
Where is your size chart?
Sizing is different across all items so please refer to the measurements and comments on sizing in each listing. Feel free to email me with questions!
I want something that says it's sold out, will you make more of that item?
There’s always a chance but everything is hand crafted and I generally try to switch it up.
Do you take custom orders?
Negatory.
So you screen print everything?
Nope, they are block prints! I carve stamps out of rubber blocks. Most of my designs are comprised of multiple stamps. I have a lot of fun creating new mandalas and configurations out of all the different components. Because everything is hand printed you can expect to find beautiful imperfections. It's these imperfections that make me fall in love with block printing multi-stamp designs time and time again.
What kind of dye do you use?
Procion MX Cold Water Fiber Reactive Dye. This dye is considered non toxic and is very commonly used to color natural fibers. It is vibrant and colorfast and will hold up for many years to come (especially if you hand wash in cold water and hang to dry!) If an item is botanically dyed it will be listed very clearly.
Are your clothes organic?
Usually! I do my best to source organic/OEKO TEX/ethically manufactured material.
Will you combine orders/shipping costs?
Unfortunately it complicates the insurance claim process if a package is lost or damaged and includes more than one order. All orders are fully insured and to aid towards a successful claim I must package orders separately.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
I fully insure all of my orders. Please contact me immediately if an order is lost or damaged in transit. I will do my best to file a claim promptly and may need supporting evidence and participation from you. Usually claims are paid in full but sometimes can still be partially or completely denied. I ultimately am not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will assist in filing a claim at my own discretion.
